Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. neonate participants aged 0 to 7 days; 2. high risk of atopy based on heredity: mother or siblings with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis or asthma,HDM sensitization not concerned; 3. participants with apgar score at 10 and vaccination of BCG vaccine and Hepatitis B vaccine; 4. Vital signs stable; 5. participant's parents provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. infants who were born premature(<37 weeks gestation); 2. Birth weight <2500g; 3. experience of immediate cow's milk protein allergy; 4. infant with intestinal symptoms, such as hematochezia; 5. infant with congenital hemangioma treated by oral propranolol; 6. infant with other major health problems, such as congenital heart disease.
