65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly patients with cerebral infarction receiving posterior lumbar decompression bone grafting and internal fixation under general anesthesia, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classes I or II; (2) No history of traumatic brain injury, neurological diseases and alcohol abuse; (3) No cognitive dysfunction, no severe vision or hearing impairment and obvious abormality od heart, lung, liver and kidney function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Operation time is longer than 3 hours; (2) The intraoperative blood loss is more than 800ml; (3) The operation is cancelled for various reasons.
