Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II, expected operation time 3h-5h, more than 5 years of schooling; One day before surgery for simple mental state scale (MMSE) score and the score more than 24 points,and extract the patient's blood NSE values within the normal range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease;have the nerve, mental disease; long-term exposure tosedatives and antidepressants; a history of alcohol abuse, drug history or history of drug dependence; preoperative testing is not compliance, unable to communicate, and can not complete the follow-up.
