40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis indicates requiring PCI; 2) Patiens aged 40-80 years; 3) Male or female; 4) Postoperative recovery of coronary flow after PCI =TIMI2 level ; 5) Patients did not take potassium channel openers within a month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with acute coronary syndromes (including unstable angina, ST segment elevation, or non ST segment elevation); 2) Patients with prior medical history of myocardial infarction; 3) Patients with severe valvular heart disease and their NYHA of chronic cardiac failure =3 level; 4) Patients with hemorrhagic or ischemic cerebrovascular disease; 5) Pregnant women or lactating women; 6) Patients with infectious diseases in the past 3 months; 7) Patients with tumor history; 8) Patients withautoimmune diseases; 9) Patients with hemorrhagic diseases; 10) Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 11) Patients had taken potassium channel openers within a month.
