40 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Living in the community for more than 3 years; 2. Older than 45 years; 3. Healthy person with normal lipids or borderline hypertriglyceridemia [Triglyceride (TG):1.70~2.25mmol/L].
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of digestive system diseases, cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases and pulmonary diseases; 2. Obesity (body mass index over 28 according to the Chinese criteria); 3. Fish allergy; 4. A habit of taking nutritional supplements; 5. Use of drugs or supplements that modulate lipid profiles or immune function within the latest 3 months; 6. Mental abnormality, sleep disorder and abnormal lifestyle; 7. Obstacles to communication; 8. Being in other clinical trial at the same time.
