Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients included in this study were required to fit in with diagnostic criteria for vascular dementiahave a MMSE score between 10 and 23, a 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale score =17, a Hachinski Ischemic Scale (HIS) score=7, and have a reliable caregiver who is able to accompany the participant to all study visits have a correct understanding of the significance of this study, with good compliance; have a certain degree of education, can read simple newspaper articles and write simple articles. The weight is between 50 and 90kg; Aged from 50 to 80 years old, both men and women can be, women should be fertile women after menopause (at least more than 1 years of menopause). Participants should voluntarily participate in the clinical trials and signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals were excluded if they had evidence of other diseases which could lead to dementia other than VD; depression or other mental disorders, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D) score >17 points, and by the DSM-IV criteria for the diagnosis of major depression or other mental disorders;interfere with the evaluation of cognitive function with certain diseases, including alcoholic patients, or in the past 5 years by the DSM-IV criteria for diagnosis of drug or other psychiatric drug abusers are also excluded; evere neurological deficits, such as convenience of hand hemiplegia, aphasia, visual impairment, etc;suffering from other serious diseases, especially liver, kidney or heart failure; other diseases that can cause cognitive impairment, such as malignant tumors, thyroid dysfunction and severe anemia. Patients with diabetes failure, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, multiple neuritis myasthenia gravis, muscular atrophy,glaucoma should be excluded.
