Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 60 to 90 years; 2. simple hip fracture; 3. ASA II-III; 4. patients undergoing surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term endocrine system diseases, severe diabetic complications (diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma, diabetic nephropathy, macrovascular disease); 2. Severe gastrointestinal ulcers, blood system diseases, severe liver and kidney disease, (such as ALT, AST, bilirubin and so on more than twice the upper limit of normal; creatinine clearance rate of less than 30ml / min), Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug allergy history, aspirin allergy history; 3. Cerebrovascular accident within recent three months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack, etc; 4. Serious psychological problems, psychiatric history or psychiatric drugs long history of medication; 5. Drug addicts and allergy to any of the analgesic drugs; 6. Reluctant to participate in the trial or refused to sign informed consent.
