Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) willing to sign informed consent; (2) over 18 years of age, gender is not limited; (3) accept the screening and monitoring of colonic diseases under colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) serious heart, lung dysfunction; (2) neurological, psychiatric or other causes can not be matched; (3) allergic to polyethylene glycol electrolyte; (4) there are still abdominal cavity fistula or abdominal drainage bag; (5) all or part of the colon resection; (6) colonoscopy has been clear or suspected of intestinal obstruction; (7) pregnant or lactating women.
