Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 80 years; 2) Patients with acute cerebral infarction within 48 hours; 3) NIHSS 1 to 10; 4) Patients with the first onset or previous cerebral infarction have not had the disorder of limb paralysis,and no impact on this NIHSS score; mRS=1; 5) Consent to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. This onset received thrombolytic therapy; 2. Hemorrhagic stroke or mixed stroke; 3. Cerebral arteriovenous malformation or intracranial tumor; 4. Cardiogenic cerebrovascular disease; 5. Uncontrollable high blood pressure, combined with severe infection or liver and kidney, blood system disease and other patients; 6. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage; 7. Retinal hemorrhage or internal bleeding occurs within 30 days; 8. Patients with distance ischemic contraindications, severe soft tissue injury, fracture or blood vessel injury, distal upper limb peripheral vascular disease, etc; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. The researchers found it inappropriate to participate in the study.
