Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy currently; 2. aware of their diagnosis and treatment; 3. aged 18 years or above; 4. have access to the internet via computer,ipad or mobile devices; 5. without cognitive or verbal communication impairments; 6. willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently taking anxiolytics and antidepressants; 2. receiving psychotherapeutic treatment elsewhere; 3. undergoing hormone therapy; 4. serious events such as divorce bereavement within one month; 5. severe vision or hearing impairment,psychiatric disorders and indications of suicide; 6. diagnosed with hypercortisolism; 7. diagnosed with other diseases which influence the level of salivary cortisol.
