25 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selective patients undergoing heart valve replacement; 2. aged between 30-65 years old; 3. ASA II or III; 4. NYHA II or III; 5. Points of CAM>=45.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, history of alcoholism and drug dependence; 2. Severe breathing, circulation, endocrine system disease; 3. Mental disorders and diseases of the central nervous system; 4. Hearing impairment or visual impairment.
