18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-70 years, sex random; 2. fresh closed fracture; 3. trimalleolar fracture and associated with medial or lateral malleolus of the posterior malleolar fracture ; 4. posterior malleolus fracture>25% of the ankle joint surface; 5. patients who are voluntary to participate the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. old, open, pathological fracture; 2. previous exist limb dysfunction,ankle arthritis or old injuries; 3. Limb with vascular disease; 4. Patients with a history of cancer or other immunodeficiency; 5. Poor compliance, can not cooperate with the treatment.
