Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent and was verbally informed of the specific test plan; 2. Chinese patients aged 18-70 years old; 3. Electrocardiogram, blood routine, blood clotting time, platelet, thrombin test, liver function test were normal, and there was no serious underlying disease; 4. Electron colonoscopy examined polyp diameter < 2 cm and number < 5, and patients with high frequency electrotomy or EMR postoperative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anorectal stenosis, endoscope cannot be inserted and anal canal rectal acute stage infection or have painful lesions, such as anal fissure, perianal abscess and so on; 2. Early abdominal cavity, pelvic surgery, suspected perforation, intestinal fistula or extensive abdominal cavity adhesion, patients with peritoneal irritation symptoms, such as intestinal perforation, peritonitis, etc; 3. Menstrual period, pregnancy women; 4. Patients with severe primary disease, such as heart disease, cerebral vessels, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Patients with other malignant tumors such as colorectal cancer; 6. diabetes mellitus.
