Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mild to moderate hypertension undergoing general anesthesia were ASA, I, III, aged 65-80 years, weight 46-88kg, operation time was 2-3 hours, and the amount of bleeding was less than 400ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with mental illness, alcoholism, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson, serious heart and lung function damage, serious damage to liver and kidney function, long-term medication, sedative and analgesic drugs, other hearing and memory dysfunction
