Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the senile bradycardia diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2. accord with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis syndrome diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Aged 60 to 85 years; 4. Not anticipate other clinic research 1 month before inclusion; 5. voluntary participation in clinical trial research and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients not conforming to TCM syndrome differentiation standard; (2) not conforming to the western diagnostic criteria; (3) with severe primary diseases such as cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system dysfunction, and severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or severe anemia, thyroid insufficiency, electrolyte disorder and tardy heart rhythm disorders caused by a drug; (4) sinus bradycardia with short array atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia, serious III ° atrioventricular block, Adams-Stokes syndrome needed to be installed pacemakers; (5) patients who cannot stop other anti-arrhythmic drugs during the observation period; (6) patients suffering from senile dementia and inability to make decisions. Cases are excluded in any of the above cases.
