Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those whose flexor digitorum tendon (from the insertion of the superficial flexor tendonin to the insertion of the flexor digitorum tendon nearly 1cm) in hand was ruptured completely (within 8 hours from the injury); 2) Those whose ruptured tendon can be repaired by phase I after the assessment by the surgeon; 3) Those whose ruptured tendon can be repaired by Kessler suture anastomosis after the assessment by the surgeon; 4) Aged 20 to 60 years old, male and female; 5) Those who have informed consent and signed informed consent before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) history of tendon injury or traumatic brain injury; 2) combined extensor tendon injury ; 3) associated with upper limb fractures, blood vessels, nerve injury; 4) history of malignant tumors; 5) associated with skin defects; 6) accompanied by mental illness history, dementia, etc. can not be normal, accurate communication and answer questions; 7) physically handicapped; incapacitated; 8) do not want or can not cooperate with the data collector; 9) maternal and other incompatible persons.
