18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-75 years old; 2) ECOG physical condition score 0-1 points; 3) Primary rectal cancer confirmed by pathology; 4) The distance from the lower edge to the mass is between 5-8 cm; 5) General anesthesia is can tolerated; 6) Patient and family members are able to understand the research program and are willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) already received neoadjuvant radiotherapy; 2) with a TNM stage at T4b; 3) accompanying other malignant neoplasms at the same time; 4) history of pelvic surgery; 5) expand radical surgery is necessary; 6) severe edema in proximal colonic; 7) more than one anastomose during the operation; 8) extensive inflammation in abdominal cavity; 9) ASA grade IV to grade V; 10) pregnant or lactating women; 11) severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrollable infection; 12) serious mental illness; 13) The patient or family member can not understand the conditions of this study.
