18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis commits the criteria of Standardization of Uveitis Nomenclature; 2. Aged form 18-75 years; 3. The ocular inflammation remain in remission for more than 3 months; 4. The cataract affect one's vision or observation of fundus; 5. Patient consent to the surgery of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in treatment of complicated cataract following uveitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant woman, puerpera and immune deficiency; 2. patients who taked steroid or immunosuppressive agents within half a year; 3. patients who taked biological agent within half a year; 4. patients who also suffer from diabetic retinopathy or retinal vein occlusion; 5. patients who with previous ophthalmic operation history; 6. atrophy of eyeball or retina; 7. patients who refused to attend our test.
