Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of the ministry of health of the ministry of health of the People's Republic of China in 2010; The risk stratification of cardiac rehabilitation of coronary heart disease was established by the Chinese association of Chinese rehabilitation medicine (CMC) in 2006; Aged from 50 to 80 years old; Consent to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. understanding or cognitive impairment or mental disorders 2. unstable angina or myocardial infarction onset 160 mmHg or resting diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg) 5. cardiac function class IV 6. coronary heart disease accompanied by acute complications (coronary artery dissection, ventricular aneurysm, large area of myocardial infarction associated with shock, acute vascular occlusion including stent thrombosis) and high cardiac risk for rehabilitation; 7. active pericarditis or myocarditis, serious infection, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, moderate to serious aortic stenosis, resting heart rate after drug control > 100 times/min; 8. new deep vein thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, aortic dissection or aneurysm in other parts of the body, lower limb occlusive atherosclerosis; 9. cannot tolerate exercise; 10. abnormal electrolyte or metabolism.
