25 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 60 patients with lobectomy surgery , ASA II-III, heart function II-III, aged 25 to 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe lung disease or lung dysfunction, patients with immune dysfunction,toxemia, pleural effusion, lung infection, hypoproteinemia, patients with hepatic,renal or coagulation disorder, long-term use of pain were excluded.
