Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. they were older than 18 years of age; 2. intolerance of intragastric enteral nutrition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindication for enteral nutrition or upper gastrointestinal endoscopy or Electromagnetic-guided placement; 2. previous upper gastrointestinal surgery; 3. signs of active upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. severe nasopharyngeal stenosis; 5. patients unable or unwilling to provide informed consent.
