group M:500mg methylprednisolone(dissolved in 100ml saline) will be intravenous infused after anesthesia induction,with the infusion rate of 5ml / min
group C:infusion of the same volum of salin

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective lumbar laminectomy, aged 30-75 years old, body mass index 18-23kg/m2, ASA I~II level, signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney dysfunction, heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure (no regular medication, systolic blood pressure control over 160mmHg), endocrine disease, electrolyte imbalance,immune system disease,allogeneic blood was transfused within 3 months.
