Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients need resection of liver tumor with ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, acute and chronic heart failure and so on that affects the heart function; 2. patients paticipating other clinical trail or with other reasons not suitable for clinical trials according to the reseachers.
