Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected object must in coincide with the 4th national conference on cerebrovascular disease diagnosis standard in 1995, and were confirmed by brain CT, MRI, first onset in 2-6 months; 2. conforms to the WHO diagnostic criteria of ischemic heart disease in 1979 and China rehabilitation medical association professional committee of patients with coronary heart disease in 2006 (myocardial infarction, stable angina, after percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary artery bypass graft surgery, postoperative confirmed by coronary CTA has one or more coronary moderately severe stenosis), and cardiac rehabilitation risk stratification for patients is low or moderate; 3. have limb hemiplegia and the lower limb motor function evaluation is in 3-5 grade, seat balance level is 2 or higher, can complete bicycle training; 4. aged 50 to 80 years; 5. agreed to sign a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Understanding and cognitive impairment; Mental disorders; Unstable angina or myocardial infarction onset 160 MMHG or resting diastolic blood pressure > 100 MMHG); Cardiac function grade is 4;Coronary heart disease associated with acute complications (torn, coronary artery aneurysm, large area of myocardial infarction associated with shock, acute vascular occlusion, including stent thrombosis); The risk stratification and the cardiac rehabilitation in high-risk patients with coronary heart disease (myocardial infarction, stable angina, after primary percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary artery bypass graft surgery patients, confirmed by coronary CTA has one or more coronary moderately severe stenosis); Pericarditis or myocarditis activity; Serious infections; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Moderate or above aortic stenosis; The drug control still resting heart rate > 100 times/min. There is a new deep vein thrombosis; Thrombophlebitis. Aortic dissection and other parts of the aneurysm; Lower limb occlusive atherosclerosis; Constitution cannot tolerate exercise; Electrolytes and water metabolism was abnormal.
