Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 to 65 years old; 2. The diagnosis of crohn's disease was clearly, and had the indication for surgery; 3. The patients had nutritional risk or malnutrition (NRS 2002 risk scores=3 or BMI < 18.5 kg/m2, or preoperative albumin< 30 g/L); 4. The patients could tolerate the enteral nutrition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients underwent the emergency surgery; 2. The patients had acute colitis with the signs of perforation symptoms, or had occurred the perforation; 3. The patients had clearly gastrointestinal bleeding, and the vital signs was unstable; 4. The patients had colorectal tumor; 5. The patients had the contraindications for enteral nutrition; 6. The patients with intestinal obstruction were still unable to tolerate the enteral nutrition through active and conservative treatment; 7. The patients were pregnant; 8. The patients past medical history may be confused with the study finding; 9. The patient had progressing rapidly or terminally ill and were expected to die during the course of the study 10. The patients were involved in other studies; 11. The patients had severe liver and kidney dysfunction, or active infection; 12. The patients were allergic to the?ingredients of the enteral nutrition.
