55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 55-80 years old; (2) community-dwelling; (3) moderate physical activity less than 150 minutes/week in the past 12 months; (4) normal global cognition (scored 24 or more on MMSE); (5) normal activities of daily living; (6) education =5 years; (7) right handed; (8) no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) scored 16 or more on CES-D; (2) presence of of diseases that hinder moderate intensity aerobic exercise (including heart disease, heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, severe chronic lung disease, chronic kidney disease, and other diseases that hinder aerobic exercise); (3) stroke or brain injury; (4) require help to walk; (5) schedule conflict with the intervention program.
