Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 50 years patient with upper limb limb defect by trauma; 2) amputation of upper limb limb has been completed, physical examination and history show healthy and stable, to be able to participate in the study and follow-up; 3) did not participate in other clinical trials in past 3 months; 4) Patients are voluntarily involved in this clinical trial and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) non-traumatic patients with upper limb limb defects or congenital upper limb limb defects; 2) acute and chronic local or systemic infection or sepsis, amputation or other parts of the body there are active infection lesions; 3) patients with limb length less than the diameter of the upper limb amputation; 4) history of brain trauma, stroke history patients, patients with epilepsy and other patients with other diseases affecting brain function; 5) mental illness patients or patients are mentally incapable or unable to understand the requirements of participation in research; 6) subjects were immunosuppressed, with autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressive disorders; 7) long-term alcohol abuse, drug abuse and other patients; 8) Pregnant patients; 9) to merge other diseases and critically ill, life expectancy of less than one year, it is difficult to test the effectiveness and safety of the exact evaluation of those who; 10) Researchers consider whose who not eligible for inclusion.
