Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CKD5 patients with hemodialysis; 2. Gastrointestinal dysfunction: any two of the GSRS entries and GSRS integral greater than 7; 3. Aged 18–75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with severe disease of the cardiovascular and hepatic(except for hypertensive nephropathy), endocrine disease(except diabetic nephropathy) ,Liver or hematopoietic system, etc; 2. Participants suffering from gastrointestinal diseases such as intestinal tumor,severe hemorrhoids,rectal stenosis and severe constipation; 3. Associated with severe disturbance of water-electrolyteacid-base balance and severe infection; 4. Taking any hormones,immunosuppressants and antibiotics; 5. Participants with mental disease; 6. Unable to cooperate with all treatment, inspection or incomplete data; 7. Medical history of any severe Gastrointestinal diseases like Gastric Hemorrhage,gastric ulcer and hemorrhoids.
