Water Intake group 1:after no water intake for 12h or 36h with water supplementation of 100ml
Water Intake group 2:after no water intake for 12h or 36h with water supplementation of 500ml
Water Intake group 3:after no water intake for 12h or 36h with water supplementation of 1000ml
No water intake group:after no water intake for 12h or 36h with no water supplementation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-25 years old. 2. Do not have oral, endocrine, kidney, gastrointestinal, metabolic disease and other chronic conditions without cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subjects suffering from oral, endocrine, renal, gastrointestinal, metabolic disease or other chronic or cognitive disorde.
