Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the Roman IV diagnostic criteria; 2. received informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the stomach mirror found an organic lesion such as peptic ulcer,tumour,hemorrhage,esophagitis, gastroduodenitis with erosion and the like; 2. combined with metabolic disorders, malignant tumor or serious systemic disease; 3. heartburn as the main symptom; 4. abdominal pain with change of bowel movement as the major performance; 5. with a history of abdominal surgery; 6. taking anticholinergic, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids recently; 7. younger than 18 years of age.
