18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria(1): All patients that aged 18-85 years old, ASA Physical Status I–III provided written informed consent for the research study. Inclusion criteria(2): All patients must conform to one of the following conditions:Obesity (BMI?30); female, elderly patients(?65y); hypotension(systolic blood pressure<90mmHg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients who had inamed skin near the puncture site. Patients with Ulnar artery occlusion,the history of The forearm surgery, allens test results were negative, coagulation dysfunction were also excluded.
