18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Traumatic brain injury patients with frontal, tempora or top cerebral contusion, whose glasgow score =8 and need removal of brain tissue, aged 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. chronic complication; 2. combined with other traumatic injuries(fracture,thoracoabdominal trauma); 3. duration from been injured to operation 18h; 4. blood pressure<90/60mmHg; 6. SpO2<92%.
