Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the "Chinese percutaneous coronary intervention guide 2012" following patients treated with PCI indication: left main lesion diameter stenosis (IA >50%); proximal left anterior descending artery stenosis 70u/o (IA); with 2 or 3 branches lesion reduced left ventricular function (IB); myocardial ischemia area (myocardial perfusion detection methods showed ischemia area larger than the left ventricular area 10%, IB); no vascular stenosis 70% with angina pectoris, and optimization of drug refractory (IA); have difficulty breathing or chronic heart failure (CHF), and left ventricular ischemia area of more than 10%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nicorandil or nitrate drug allergy, glaucoma, severe multivessel emergency PCI surgery or coronary artery bypass grafting, cardiogenic shock, obvious respiratory tract infection and liver and kidney function was abnormal, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 40%, Nicole in recent history.
