Age
18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy people without infectious disease,tumor and cardiopulmonary disorders; 2. Age over 18 years and under 55 years; 3. No history of upper abdominal surgery. 4. Normal liver function, normal coagulation function,no mental disease; 5. Voluntary donation of liver and in accordance with medical and ethics criteria; 6. Three generations lineal consanguinity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 2. donor with severe organ dysfunction.
