Interventions

Group 1: fast bowel preparation:the day before day of surgery be given a normal diet and bowel preparation(oral phosphate-salt 90ml + warm water 1500ml, 99-15:00)and Fasting 8 hours before operation
Group 2: Traditional preparation:Trational routine bowel preparation

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Bladder cancer was diagnosed by cystoscopy and pathological examination; 3. No distant metastasis was found by imaging examination; 4. patients can undergao radical cystecotomy; 5. Participants signed informed consent for biomedical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with peptic ulcer disease; 2. patients with inflammation bowel disease; 3. patients with coronary artery disease,heartfailure,renal insufficiency; 4. severe hydronephrosis; 5. combined with other malignancies; 6. bladder cancer invading other organs of pelvic; 7. accepted pelvic irrqadiation; 8. Patients refused to participate in this study.
