Music intervention

Interventions

Group 1:Music group of patients after surgery into the recovery room immediately after the music intervention, the 30-40db.
Group 2:After the operation, the patients in the earplug group will be given ear plugs without music
The 3 group:Without music intervention

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years old in our hospital who were diagnosed with tumor underwent endoscopic surgery; 2. ASA Grade I-II; 3. No history of mental illness, no intelligence, hearing impairment,no severe control of severe organ diseases and systemic diseases; 4. Preoperative pulmonary function was normal or mild to moderate, FEV1%>50%, PaO2>60mmH; 5. The preoperative laboratory examination of the candidates should meet the following requirements: Hb>80g/L; PLT>100*10^9/L; ALT32g/L; Cr<176umol/L; 6. Informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pulmonary CT confirmed the presence of atelectasis, emphysema, pulmonary interstitial changes and other lung changs; 2. Preoperative pulmonary infection ,tuberculosis without or not completed anti tuberculosis treatment,severe and very severe obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, hepatitis B,hepatitis C, AIDS patients; 3. There were serious adverse cardiovascular disease liver and kidney disease, endocrine disease, neuropsychiatric disorders, mental retardation and hearing impairment.
