Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. SIVD diagnostic standard; 2. MMSE score 23 points or less; 3. MoCA 14 points or less; 4. HDS - R score < 15 points; 5. HIS seven or more points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe depression, schizophrenia and other mental illness; 2. Severe liver and kidney function not entire systemic diseases affect cognitive function; 3. Severe head trauma history, alcohol, drugs or other psychiatric drug abuse; 4. Cerebral closed injury, intracranial tumor involvement of the central nervous system disease; 5. With MRI taboos license (cardiac pacemaker and claustrophobia, etc.); 6. Can't cooperate with experiment (such as refused to sign the informed consent and not insist on the whole, etc.).
