Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged =18 years old, male or female; (2) hemodialysis> 3 months; (3) maintenance hemodialysis of three times/week; (4) written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) acute renal failure; (2) planed kidney transplantation within one year; (3) switch to peritoneal dialysis; (4) hepatitis virus B- and C-positive and HIV-positive; (5) suffering from other serious diseases such as cancer, severe infection, cirrhosis, congestive heart failure; (6) poor compliance and failure to follow the study protocol; (7) pregnancy or breast-feeding.
