40 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A confirmed diagnosis of stable IPF; 2. Aged between 40 and 85 years; 3. Daily activities are normal; 4. Voluntarily receive treatment and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Oxygen saturation <90% at Resting state; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment, mental illness, high myopia, severe hearing loss; 3. Patients with post-exercise syncope and osteoarthrosis that affect movement; 4. Patients with severe comorbidities, including acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris; 5. Complicated with tumors; 6. class IV NYHA heart function; 7. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 8. Participating in other trials.
