46 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (ASA I-II) patients, without gender limitation, aged 46 to 70 years old, weight 50 ~ 80 kg, no drug allergy history, abnormal bleeding history, no coagulation dysfunction, no history of ulcer disease; liver and kidney function was normal, did not use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and quinolones antibiotics within 3 days before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Geting blood failure, blood coagulation, blood loss, temporary changes in surgical procedures (laparoscopic to open thoracotomy, radical surgery to thoracotomy) and surgical delay (surgery is too complex, too long)
