40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective patients undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty in Department of Orthopaedics, Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM during study period are included in this study (aged 40-70 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ASA>3; (2) Pregnant or lactating women, patients who are allergies or are allergic to acupuncture; (3) combined with coagulopathy or vein thrombosis; (4) patients who suffered from acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, severe trauma or other major surgery in the past six months; (5) combined with severe idiopathic disease of liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; Psychiatric patients; (6) Cannot use anticoagulant drugs; (7) patients with malignant tumor; (8) With a history of vascular surgery; (9) patients who fear acupuncture and cannot cooperation.
