Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) men and women with valvular disease aged 18 to 65 years old; 2) undergoing elective under extracorporeal circulation of valve replacement; 3) ASA II to IV; 4) heart function NYHA class II to III; 5) EF 40% or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) emergency extracorporeal circulation in heart surgery; 2) not heart, extracorporeal circulation operation. 3) EF 1.5 mg/dl); 7) to those of nitrate medications or nicolas flamel's allergies; 8) schizophrenia, alzheimer's, the influence of the known brain disease, severe state of anxiety and depression; 9) did not sign a consent form.
