18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and older; 2. ASA I to III; 3. A body mass index (BMI) of 18 to 30 kg/m2; 4. Total Knee Arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia; 5. Subjects who can understand and participate in the trial with consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease or liver and kidney function abnormal obviously or blood coagulation dysfunction; 2. Moderate operation side of the knee joint deformity (entropion or ectropion or flexion deformity); 3. Allergy to local anesthetic or any drug used in this trial; 4. Subjects with a history of alcohol abuse or chronic opioid use; 5. Side limb has a history of surgery or trauma; 6. Diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy.
