18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent must be signed; 2. At least 18 years of age, no more than 75 years; 3. Estimated life expectancy of at least 12 weeks; 4. Diagnosed as Qi and Yin deficiency by Chinese medicine; 5. Histologic or cytologic diagnosis of NSCLC,Locally advanced or metastatic disease (stage IIIB, or IV) that is not amenable to definitive surgery or radiotherapy. Patients who have previously received one platinum-based chemotherapy regimen for palliative therapy of locally advanced or metastatic disease are also allowed; 6. ECOG PS 0 - 2; 7. At least one measurable lesion as defined by RECIST criteria. Adequate organ function including the following: bone marrow;hepatic; 8. Patient compliance with oral TCM.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic central nervous system (CNS) metastases; 2. Lactating woman; 3. Combined active systemic disease; 4. Patients who can receive radical radiotherapy with stage IIIB; 5. Have received treatment within 28 days with chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 6. who planned to join the other clinical trial; 7. Diabetics.
