Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo selective functional endoscopic sinus surgery, aged 18-65 years, ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are adrenal system insufficient or allergic to etomidate and propofol. Patietns who refused to participate in the study
