50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged from 50 to 75 years; 2. ASA status?~II; 3. patients planned for elective open thoracotomy; 4. patients volunteering for the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with history of thoracic surgeryhepatic or renal dysfunctionleft cardiac insufficiencyarrhythmia with hemodynamics changeasthmaemphysema (RV>175%)fever or recent infection OLV time<60min.
