Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To meet the diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome patients; 2. voluntarily in patients undergoing treatment plan of this research; 3. Aged 40-65 years old; 4. Agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the associated with cardiovascular disease and mental illness, suspected in patients with a history alcohol and drug abuse; 2. imaging studies have complicated disease such as fracture, bone disease patients; 3. accompanied by cervical spinal cord compression syndrome, particularly intense pain associated with cauda equina syndrome, severe knee instability and form; 4. received other treatment, may affect this study treatment effect index observation of patients; 5. patients with skin diseases and infectious diseases; 6. Was known for "celebrex" or the ingredient allergies; 7. Pet-name ruby pregnancy women; 8. Attending other reasons should not or cannot be applied to the treatment of patients; 9.
