Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CHD patients aged 18 or more; able to understand Cantonese and read Chinese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with a physical impairment that prohibits exercise; a cognitive impairment (scoring <6 on the Abbreviated Mental Test, Hong Kong version); a history of head trauma or seizure (a contradiction to rhythmic auditory stimulation); or unable to wear ear/headphones
