Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. with the western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine standard femoral head avascular necrosis diagnosis belongs to qi stagnation and blood stasis and kidney deficiency dialectical; 2. aged 18 to 60 years with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head, which match the avascular necrosis stage ARCO staging in patients with 0 IIIB period, no gender restriction; with good compliance; 3. patients signed informed consent, and can complete the test according to the requirements of the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. not meet the experimental requirements for treatment or missing data effects determine the efficacy safety; 2. limbs arteritis, or venous thrombosis; 3. bleeding tendency, hemorrhage, nearly 2 weeks the history of operation or trauma, recent cerebral hemorrhage; 4. severe infection or puncture local inflammation; 5. for osteomyelitis, bone tumor, bone tuberculosis, trauma as a result of ANFH; 6. the combination of heart, kidney, liver and other organs and hematopoietic system diseases, or pregnant and lactating women; 7. patients with mental disoders.
