18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-75 years; type 2 diabetes;HbA1c =7.5% in last 3 months; without insulin therapy; willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or trying to become pregnant, had mental disorders or cognitive impairment preventing them from cooperating with the researchers, had advanced chronic complications of diabetes (e.g. severe diabetic retinopathy), or were participating in other researches.
